General questions about furniture, process, delivery and returns.

Q1. Do you assemble the furniture?

-       Yes, we deliver and assemble all items and place them in the location of your choice.

Q2. What days do you deliver?

-      We delivery Monday – Friday 9 am to 6 pm.

Q3. What is the delivery cost?

-      Delivery is generally 10% of the order and includes assembly, box removal. For interior design clients, professional cleaning is included with other turn-key services.

Q4. What is your return policy?

-      All full priced, unopened, unused items can be returned with a 35% restocking fee plus the furniture pickup fee, within 5 days of your delivery. No Returns or exchanges are offered on sale or special order items. For Staging and other projects please refer to your contract.  

Q5. What if the furniture doesn’t fit in my apartment, hallway or I changed my mind?

-       Please carefully check all the dimensions of the furniture prior to ordering. All the dimensions are on our website. In the rare event that a dimension is missing, please reach out to us and will update the information. No exceptions will be made, and our standard return policy will apply.

Q6. What is my order or part of my order arrives damaged?

-       Please mark damaged on the delivery slip, take photos and email us at hello@lhdnyc.com including details and your order number and return the item to the delivery team. We will resolve the issue and replace the item at no cost. You will never be stuck with a damaged item.

Q7.  About leather, stone, finishes, and colors.

-      We do not guarantee that the finishes, colors, wood, stone of the furniture will be exactly as pictured. Naturally occurring variations are not considered damages. Professional pictures may look different.

Q8. What payment options are available?

-      We accept Wire Transfers, Paypal, Bank Certified Checks, Visa, Master, and Discover Cards.

Q9. Is the stock status up to date?

-      We make every effort to make sure the stock status is up to date. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received, so it is possible for an item to become out of stock during the fulfillment process. In a rare case when this happens, we will reach out immediately and offer another item or a full refund if you are not able to wait. 

 Questions about Staging

Q1. What is your staging process?

-    Our staging process is designed to be simple and fast. If you are a broker or homeowner/the owner’s rep, we will schedule a visit to view the property and provide a proposal within 24-48hrs. Once approved and processed, we will spend from a few days to about a week staging your listing to perfection and deliver a photo ready results.

Q2. Are you able to sell/rent the staging furniture to the buyers?

-      Absolutely! All our staging items can be bought or rented at your request.

Q3. Can I select all items for my staging project?

-       If you would like to select items, please use our rental services. Staging service gives us complete control over the design process and we make sure everything looks perfect for the sale/rent of the home and target the majority buyers. Please check out work section to get a better idea of the luxury properties we staged. We are a professional staging company and will make sure your property looks perfect.

Q4.  How long does it take to stage a property?

-       It could take from a few days to a week or more depending on the size and location of the property.

Q5. What areas do you serve?

 Q6. Do you work with Developers, Landlords or Management companies?

-        Yes, we do.  Some of the companies in our portfolio are Stonehenge NYC and Glenwood. We set-up model apartments and our design services are offered at no cost to all residents in the buildings and special promotions are available at individual properties. Q7. Do you work with Brokers?

-       Yes! We work with some of the top brokers in NYC as well as small agencies. Ryan Serhant who is the #1 broker in New York is one of our clients among others. We are always happy to collaborate and expand our portfolio or services/clients.

Questions about Renting Furniture

Q1. Do you offer turn-key furniture packages?

-       Yes. Please review our rental packages section or contact us for custom packages and check out our unique design service.

Q2. Can I select individual items to rent?

-       Absolutely! Please browse our selection of rental inventory or let us know if you would like to rent an item from the buy selection. We’ll be happy to provide a quote.

Q8. What is the condition of the rental items?

-       All our items are like new with minor signs of tear and wear.

Q9. Can I request new items only?

-       Absolutely! If you are working on a special project, please contact us at 1-347-379-4018 or hello@lhdnyc.com and we will accommodate your request.

Q10. How long does it take for the furniture to arrive?

-        Typically, it takes 3-5 days for all items to arrive. Special order or items from our other locations take a little longer. If you need the items on specific dates, please let us know and we will try to accommodate or find a similar item to substitute.

Q11. Do you deliver and assemble all items?

-       Yes. All our deliveries include assembly and removal of packaging. Interior design clients enjoy complimentary cleaning and other special services.
