Returns Policy (applies 24hrs after the order is placed)

For rentals and staging, your return options will be listed in your contract. 

For online purchases, there is a 30% restocking fee when returned within 5 business days.  Only unused and unopened items qualify for a return. Customer will be responsible for pickup fees and any delivery fees even if delivery was discounted or free

If you return or cancel part of your order that included a package discount, a single line discount, or a special discount, the package discount will be void and you will be credited less the amount of the discount.
