One of our representatives will meet your new resident prior to move-in and assist with selecting all the nessesary items for their home from our collection of over 7,000 items. Once the decisions are made and payment is processed, we take over and make all the arrangments with your building management ( provide paperwor, reserve elevators, etc). In as little as 3 days after the order, we will deliver, assemble and install all the purchased items, provide a complementary cleaning, make the bed and even iron the sheets.

Model Apartments help close deals by helping buyers and renters visualize the space and making them feel at home. Our model apartments are set-up exclusively with brand new furniture and offered to renters and buyers as a turnkey solution in addition to our furniture concierge services. We know model apartments can be quit expensive, to save you funds, we will offer to rotate the model as the line rents/sells.
