It was fantastic to arrive at my new home at 11:30 PM on a Tuesday night from the West Coast to discover that the place actually felt like home, thanks to Olga and her team. Beyond doing a great job selecting and arranging, it was all the little touches - coffee, sugar, and cream in the fridge (along with a french press and a kettle), as well as fresh flowers, bathroom soap, candies, etc. - that made the experience really exceptional. And the bed - all made up with great linens - was a dream to fall into!

"As a newcomer to NYC with a bit of a lower budget, Lumen was a great choice for me. They were always readily accessible by phone, text, email with prompt responces. We meet a few times to pick out the furniture and the designing service Lumen provides is great at narrowing down the choices from literally dozens of catalogues and hundreds of pages to best fit your needs. They also came and measured the apartment to make sure the furniture would fit. The best part is that they did everything for a wrap fee. Delivering the furniture, assembling it and cleaning afterwords were services that were done in a professional and timely fashion, and the best part is that they were able to do it while i was at work ( which may be a difficulty for people just starting their careers in the city). Top-notch service , and they were very accomodating of my schedule and situation. You really need to look no further to find the best way to move in the city. Highly recommended!"
